Please confirm/fill out the fields in the refund request form below to request a refund only if you are taking either an ONSITE or HYBRID course with SO CA SCHOOL OF INTERPRETATION.

Your refund will be processed within the next 30-days.

Important, please read:

• The Refund Department is closed during school breaks and major holidays.
• This is the refund page for SO CA SCHOOL OF INTERPRETATION STUDENTS ONLY.
• Do not call the Campus Office for status. Staff does not handle any refund matters.
• All qualifying refund requests are processed within 30-days of receipt confirmation.
• Please refer to your Student Agreement for refund policies.
• We will respond to any inquiries in writing when classes resume. (refer to schedule)
